清肺解毒饮对肺炎链球菌肺炎、肺炎克雷伯菌肺炎大鼠模型肺组织TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-6及IL-10含量变化的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究清肺解毒饮对肺炎链球菌肺炎、肺炎克雷伯菌肺炎大鼠模型肺组织TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-6及IL-10含量变化的影响。方法:采用气管插管法复制两种肺炎大鼠模型;ELISA检测各组大鼠的相关细胞因子的含量变化。结果:ELISA分析结果显示,肺炎链球菌肺炎大鼠经治疗7 d后,高剂量组肺组织内的TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-10明显低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);肺炎克雷伯菌肺炎大鼠经治疗7 d后,高剂量组肺组织内的TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-10明显低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两种肺炎大鼠的低剂量组与模型组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清肺解毒饮在有效剂量下对肺炎链球菌及肺炎克雷伯菌两种肺炎大鼠相关细胞因子有调节作用。Objective： To research the effect of lung-clearing and toxin resolving beverage on TNF alpha, IFN-gamma, IL-6 and IL-10 content changes in lung tissue of Streptococcus pneumonia and Klebisella pneumoniae model rats. Methods： The trachea intubation was applied to establish the rat model with two types of pneumonia; ELISA was used to detect the content of each related cytokines in rats. Results： ELISA analysis showed that TNF alpha, IFN-gamma, IL-6 and IL-10 in lung tissue in high dose groups were significantly lower than the model group in rats with Streptococcus pneumonia after treatment within 7 days, with statistical significance （P〈0.01）, and that TNF alpha, IFN-gamma, IL-6 and IL-10 in lung tis- sue in high dose groups were significantly lower than the model group in rats with Klebisella pneumoniae after treatment within 7 days, with statistical significance （P〈0.01）.The low dose groups of two kinds of pneumonia rats showed no statistical significance with model group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Lung-clearing and toxin resolving beverage can provide regulating effect on Streptococcus pneumonia and Klebisella pneumoniae related cytokines in rats at the effective dose.
