益气活血养阴法治疗脑梗死恢复期30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血养阴法治疗脑梗死恢复期的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将脑梗死恢复期患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组予复方血栓通胶囊结合康复方法治疗;对照组予康复方法治疗,同时两组均采用阿司匹林抗血小板、调脂进行脑梗死二级预防,14 d为1个疗程,连续治疗两个疗程,评价治疗前后患者神经功能缺损程度。结果:两组脑梗死恢复期患者症状在治疗后均有改善,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),神经功能缺损程度评分两组治疗后均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血养阴法治疗脑梗死恢复期疗效显著,并且安全,副作用少。Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of the method of boosting Qi, quicken the blood and nourishing Yin on convalescence of cerebral infarction. Methods： The 60 patients in the convalescence of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 30 in each. On the basis of therapy method, the patients in treat- ment group received Fufang Xueshuantong capsule.Patients were treated with western medicine and the help of rehabilitation methods in the control group. Both groups were prescribed aspirin to antiplatelet and lipid regulating for secondary prevention of cerebral infarction, 14 days as a therapeutic course, and all patients are treated with two courses. They were assessed with clinical neurological functional deficit before and after treatment. Results： The symptoms of cerebral infarction in both groups are improved. The treatment group was superior to the control group in improvement of the symptoms （P〈0.05）. Scores of NIHSS （National Institute of Health Stroke Scale） in both group are improved （P〈0.05）, and the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The method of boosting Qi, quicken the blood and nourishing Yin has significant effect and security for the convalescence of cerebral infarction.
