摘 要:目的:通过对去势大鼠骨密度的观察,为超微金刚治疗骨质疏松症的临床应用提供实验依据。方法:将50只10月龄Wistar雌性大鼠随机分为5组:空白对照组、假手术组、模型组、超微金刚组、骨疏康颗粒组;治疗组及模型组采用去除大鼠双侧卵巢,假手术切除相同重量肠系膜。使用X线骨密度仪,测定大鼠右后肢股骨;观察去势大鼠BMD指标的影响。结果:骨密度测定显示,正常组、超微金刚组、骨疏康颗粒组BMD值均高于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);正常组与超微金刚组、骨疏康颗粒组之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不具有可比性。实验表明去势大鼠模型造模成功,超微金刚与骨疏康颗粒均有阻止去势大鼠BDM降低的功效。结论:超微金刚能够明显提高去势大鼠的股骨密度的表达水平,表明超微金刚可以有效阻止或减缓骨吸收,达到治疗骨质疏松症的作用。Objective: Through observation of bone mineral density in ovariectomized rats, to provide experimental proofs for the treatment of osteoporosis with super tiny King Kong. Methods: The 50 female Wistar rats, 10 months, were randomly divided into 5 groups, blank control group, pseudo surgery group, model group, super tiny King Kong group, and Gu Shu kang group; the ovary of rats in treatment groups and model group were removed; The same weight of mesenteric was removed in pseudo surgery group. The right femurs of rats were measured with of X-ray absorptiometry; the effect of BMD index in ovariectomized rats was observed. Results: the The normal group, Super fine grain King Kong group and Gu Shu kang granule group showed higher BMD than the model group, with statistical difference (P〈0.05), the differences among normal group, super tiny King Kong group and Gu Shu kang granule group was not statistical (P〉0.05). Experiments showed that the model of ovariectomized rats model was successful; Super fine grain King Kong and Gu Shu kang granule both can stop BDM to reduce in ovariectomized rats. Conclusion: Super tiny King Kong can significantly improve the level of expression of the density of the femur in ovarieetomized rats, indicating that the super tiny King Kong can be useful in preventing or slowing bone resorption, and achieve the effect of treatment of osteoporosis.
