摘  要:目的:调查评定中医药院校在校大学生心理健康水平,为开展心理健康教育提供理论依据。方法:应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对中医药院校1208名在校大学生进行心理健康状况的调查分析。结果:心理异常检出率排在前3位的依次是:强迫、人际关系敏感、偏执。与全国青年常模比较,中医药院校大学生强迫、焦虑和精神病性3个因子均分高于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对、偏执因子低于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。男生在躯体化、敌对、偏执、精神病性、附加因子等症状因子的均分明显高于女生(P<0.05)。结论:应针对中医药院校大学生尤其是男生心理健康问题开展心理咨询和心理健康教育。Objective: To investigate the mental health of the students in University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, in order to provide a theoretical basis for mental health education. Methods: The present study investigated 1205 college students of Traditional Chinese Medicine sampled by random with the scale of Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90). Results: Mental anomaly detection rate in the top three in turn was force, interpersonal sensitivity and paranoid factor. Compared with the national youth norm, the factor scores of force, anxiety and psychoticism in traditional Chinese medicine college students are higher than the national norm, and there are significant differences (P〈0.01). The interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility and paranoid factor scores are lower than the national norm, with significant differences (P〈0.01). The male students showed significantly higher scores than female students, on somatization, hostility, paranoia, psychosis and additional factors. Conclusions: Mental health counseling and mental health education should be carried out in the students in University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
