云南松树皮低聚原花青素的提取工艺的优化试验

摘　　要：以云南松树皮为材料,探讨浸提剂类型、浸提剂体积、浸提时间、料液比对云南松树皮低聚原花青素提取率的影响,通过单因素试验和正交试验,筛选出云南松树皮低聚原花青素提取最佳工艺组合为:浸提时间24 h、浸提剂60%乙醇、料液比1︰8,浸提量达到15.746 mg/g,优选得到的工艺稳定、提取效率高。In order to explore the effects of different extractants, extraction solvent volume, extraction time and different material liquid ratio on the extraction rate of Pinus yunnanensis franch bark procyanidins, with P. yunnanensis barks as the materials, by single factor and orthogonal test, the best extraction process combination for extracting P. yunnanensis barks procyanidins was screened. The process combination is as follows：extraction time 24 hours, extraction agent 60%of ethanol, liquid ratio 1 ︰ 8, extraction volume achieved 15.746 mg/g. The best extraction process combination was stable and high extraction efficiency.
