摘　　要：钢、铸钢冷却壁已在我国鞍钢、济钢、南钢、首钢等企业的高炉上应用,并取得了一定效果。研究和生产实践表明,钢冷却壁性能优于球墨铸铁冷却壁,在高炉炉腰,炉腹、炉身下部使用钢冷却壁,将会起到延长高炉寿命、改善高炉冶炼指标等作用。Steel cooling stave has been used successfully on BFs of Anshan Steel,Ji'nan Steel,Nanjin Steel and Shoudu Steel. Research and practice shows:the properties of steel cooling stave are better than those of nodular cast cooling stave ;BF's life will be prolonged if the steel cooling stave is used on the belly,bosh and low shaft of BF.
