内蒙古东升庙低品位磷矿浮选工艺研究

摘　　要：合理开发利用内蒙古东升庙低品位磷矿资源,针对其矿石性质和赋存状态,对该难选磷矿进行了系统的选矿试验研究。通过正-反浮选工艺流程,最终获得的闭路试验指标为:磨矿细度-0.074mm89.50%,原矿品位P2O5 7.30%、MgO 5.42%,精矿品位P2O5 32.37%、MgO 1.10%,回收率84.73%。In order to developing and utilization the low grade phosphate resource of Neimenggu, According to cellophane characteristics and occurrence state. We did more detailed paper studies on the refractory ore .With the application of direct-reverse flotation process flow, closed circuit test targets are when raw mine grade is P2O5 7.30%, MgO 5.42%, grinding fineness is 89.50%to-0.076mm , phosphate concentrate grade is P2O5 32.37%、MgO 1.10%,the recovery rate is 84.73%.
