摘　　要：深圳岗厦河园项目地下室底板采用湿铺法自粘防水卷材外防外贴防水,侧墙采用双组分聚氨酯涂膜防水,顶板采用耐根穿刺防水卷材。详细介绍了底板、侧墙和顶板的防水施工工艺,并对工程中的节点部位,如施工缝、后浇带、预埋穿墙套管和桩头的防水做法作了阐述。The basement floor in Shenzhen Gangxia Heyuan project uses wet applied self-adhesive waterproofing membrane with external protection and sticking method, the side walls use two-component polyurethane waterproofing coating and the roof uses root resistant waterproofing membrane. The article introduces the waterproofing process of base plate, side walls and roof, elaborating the details treatments such as construction joints, post-pouring belt, pre-embedded wall bushings and pileheads.
