摘　　要：黄酮是具有2-苯基色原酮结构的化合物,1-脱氧野尻霉素(1-DNJ)是哌啶类多羟基生物碱,二者均为桑叶的主要有效成分,因其资源丰富、功效显著,近年来备受关注。本文综述了影响桑叶中黄酮与1-DNJ含量的因素及其检测方法。Flavonoids are the compounds with 2-phenyl-chromone.1-deoxynojirimycin （1-DNJ） belongs to polyhydroxy alkaloids with piperidine .Both of them are the main effective components in mulberry leaves , so they have received much more concern in recent years because of the abundant resources and signif -icant efficacy .The factors influencing the contents of flavonoids and 1-DNJ and their detection methods were reviewed in this paper .
