摘 要:花烛(Anthurium andraeanum Lind)是世界第二大热带盆栽花卉,其转基因育种具有巨大的应用前景。以花烛为材料,研究不同浓度卡那霉素和潮霉素对阿拉巴马花烛植株再生的影响,结果表明:卡那霉素和潮霉素均能促使外植体严重褐变死亡,同时,二者对愈伤组织和芽的诱导具有明显抑制作用;当以叶片或叶柄为转化受体时,选择压以100 mg/L卡那霉素或20 mg/L潮霉素为宜;当以愈伤组织为转化受体时,选择压以150 mg/L卡那霉素或40mg/L潮霉素为宜;两种抗生素对生根亦具有抑制作用,选择压则以150 mg/L卡那霉素或40 mg/L潮霉素为宜。A nthurium andraeanum is the second tropical pot flowers in the world, and its transgenic breeding has been shown promising application. In this study, susceptibility of A. andraeanum cv. a/abama to antibiotics (hygromycin and kanamyein) was studied. Results showed that kanamycin and hygromycin could cause seriously explant browning and dying, and had significant inhibitory effect on the callus induction and bud differentiation. When the leaves and petioles were used as receptors, the optimal selection pressure was 100 mg/L kanamycin or 20 mg/L hygromycin; When the calli were used as receptors, the optimal selection pressure was 150 mg/L kanamycin or 40 mg/L hygromycin; The two antibiotics also could inhibit rooting and the optimal selection pressure was 150 mg/L kanamycin or 40 mg/L hygromycin.
