摘 要:以甘蔗叶为发酵原料,研究白腐菌预处理对甘蔗叶产沼气效果的影响。结果表明:添加白腐菌可以加快甘蔗叶厌氧发酵启动速率,提早出现产气高峰。在白腐菌添加量为1.5%时,发酵40 d的总产气量最高,可达606 L,最高甲烷含量为55.9%,干物质产气率可达202 L/kg。在25 d的发酵时间内,白腐菌添加量不同,产气量相差不大,因此可以考虑缩短发酵周期,也可以获得较好的产气效果。在相同的实验条件下,采用白腐菌预处理的甘蔗叶总产气量和最高甲烷含量均低于纤维素酶预处理,因此还需要从菌种驯化、预处理时间等方面作进一步的试验分析。The effect of white-rot fungi pretreatment on biogas production from the sugarcane leaves was studied. The results showed that the biogas yield increased with adding white-rot fungi and the biogas peak advanced. When the added white-rot fungi dosage was 1.5%, the gas yield reached the maximum of 606 L, the highest methane content was 55.9% and the gas production rate of dry matter was 202 L/kg. The biogas yield had the little difference when the white-rot fungi dosage was different within 25 days. Therefore, we can also acquire higher biogas yield when shortening the fermentation time. Under the same experimental conditions, the total hiogas yield and the highest methane content pretreatment with white-rot fungi were lower than that of eellulase pretreatment. Therefore there is a need for further analysis from the strain domestication, pretreatment time and other aspects.
