摘　　要：根据近期国家发布的生物产业政策、文件、规划等,借鉴国外生物产业发展的成功经验,从管理的角度,分发展水平、发展体制、发展政策、发展措施等4个方面,阐述了国内生物产业发展状况,预测了生物产业的发展前景。在此基础上,分析了国内生物产业发展存在的主要问题,并提出了相关对策,为生物产业的健康发展提供参考。According to recent national biological industry policies, files, plannings and so on, Learn from the successful experience of development of bio-industry in foreign countries, from the point of view of management, this paper expounds the developing situation of biological industry in China in development level, development system, development policies and development measures, then predicts the prospect of the biotechnology industry. On the basis, analyzes the existing development of bio-industry domestic problems, and puts forward some countermeasures to provide reference for the healthy development of the biotechnology industry.
