摘  要:为建立裸花紫珠药材高效液相指纹图谱研究方法,该研究采用0.4%磷酸水溶液(A)-乙腈(B);梯度洗脱为0~15min,16%~25%B,15~25min,25%~39.7%B;Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);柱温为30℃;流速为1mL·min-1;进样量为10μL;检测波长327nm;检测时间25min等色谱条件,研究了不同采集时间共25批裸花紫珠药材的指纹图谱,获取14个共有特征色谱峰,确定了其中的3个成分,利用相似度分析、主成分分析及对应分析对它们进行了分析。结果表明:HPLC指纹图谱结合计量分析法可有效评价裸花紫珠的质量,该方法可有效应用到裸花紫珠原料及其制品的质量控制中。The chromatographic fingerprint was established for evaluating and controlling the quality of Callicarpa nudiflora. The chromatographic analysis was carried out on a ZORBAX SB - C18 column(250 mm X 4.5 mm, 5 fire). The mobile phase was 0.4 % phosphoric acid(A) and acetonitrile(B) with gradient elution(0- 15 min, 16 % B- 25 % B; 15 - 25 min, 25 % 13-39.7 % B).The flow rate was maintained at 1.0 mL · min ^-1. The detection wave length was set at 327 nm and the column temperature was controlled at 30 ℃.The sample injection volume was 10 ffL. 25 different original samples were analyzed,and the chromatographic fingerprints of C. nudiflora were constructed with 14 fingerprint peaks,and 3 main compounds were identified. The Similarity Evaluation System of Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Version2004A), hierarchical clustering analysis (HCA) and correspondence analysis were applied to classify the samples according to their sources,and satisfactory results were obtained.The chromatographic fingerprint can be used to differentiate the raw materials from different sources and be served as a powerful tool for the further quality control of C. nudiflora.
