摘　　要：设计了一种用于叉车滑架生产的模块式专用焊接夹具,通过成组技术的应用,使得该副夹具可以焊接加工四个尺寸规格滑架;通过气动技术达到快速定位和快速夹紧。该夹具在原有工装上进行开发设计,改进了原有陈旧设备,节约了制造成本,充分利用企业现有设备的潜在价值,可以应用于叉车其他焊接零部件生产,亦可推广应用于工程车辆制造行业。A modular specialized weld fixture is designed in this article, which is used for the production of the forklift carriage. And through the application of the group technology,it can weld and machine four fnrklift carriages of dift^rent sizes. It achieves fast positioning and clamping ability through the pnemuatic technology. The fixture is developed and designed based on the original tooling, improved the old original equipment, saved the manufacturing cost,optimized use of the potential value of the exis! equipment. What＇ more, it may applied in wide fields： producing some weld parts in the forklift, engineering vehicle or other manufacturing fields.
