摘  要:我国是油菜大国,产量和种植面积均居世界首位。为了保证油菜籽干燥品质,提高干燥效率,同时降低干燥能耗,提出了利用低温除湿干燥方法对油菜籽进行干燥。设计了低温除湿干燥系统,并进行了低温干燥(45、55、65℃)和高温干燥(80、105、120、150℃)对比试验,建立了油菜籽低温除湿干燥的数学模型并对其进行了可靠性检验。结果表明:油菜籽的低温除湿干燥模型符合Page模型,在风速一定时,热风温度和相对湿度是影响干燥效率的两个主要因素。利用近红外对油菜籽品质分析的结果表明,油菜籽经过低温除湿干燥后,其蛋白质和油酸含量略高于高温干燥的含量。发芽率试验表明,低温除湿干燥后油菜籽的发芽率显著高于高温干燥后的发芽率。China is rich in rape, its yield and acreage is the biggest in the world. In order to ensure the drying quality, improve the drying efficiency, and reduce the drying energy consumption, a new method to dry rapeseed was proposed under the low-temperature and dehumidification conditions. Designed a low-temperature and dehumidification drying system, carried out some contrasting experiments under low-temperature (45, 55, 65℃) and high temperature (80, 105, 120, 150℃ ), established the low-temperature and dehumidification drying mathematical model of rapeseed and tested its reliability. The results showed that the drying mathematical model of rapeseed fitted the Page model; drying temperature and relative humidity were the two main factors influencing the drying efficiency under the same wind speed condition; near-infrared analysis results showed that protein and oleic acid content increased slightly under the low-temperature and dehumidification condition; the germination rate experiments showed that the germination rate of low-temperature dehumidification drying was significantly higher than that of the high temperature.
