摘  要:以进口火炬凤梨种苗为试材,分别进行了非激素催芽和激素催芽,其中,非激素催芽设幼苗正常栽培管理、大苗正常栽培管理、破坏种苗顶端生长点3个处理,连续观察12个月,研究不同处理方法对吸芽数量的影响;激素催芽设乙烯利处理幼苗、饱和乙炔溶液处理幼苗、乙烯利处理大苗、饱和乙炔溶液处理大苗4个处理,连续观察12个月,研究不同处理方法对吸芽增殖系数和质量的影响。结果表明:破坏顶端生长点和使用饱和乙炔溶液等激素处理幼苗,能够促使火炬凤梨生出大量吸芽,且吸芽质量较好。并据此建立了催生吸芽技术体系,生产出的优质种苗可应用于生产。The non hormone germination and hormone germination were treated on imported Guzmania poelmannii seedlings, the non hormone germination treatments including seedling and big seedling normal cultivation management and damage growing point of seedling , which was continuously observed 12 months to study the effects of different treatments on the suckers numbers.Hormone germination treatments including seedling and big seedling respectively treated by ethephon and saturated acetylene solution, and the effects of different treatments on the proliferation coefficient and quality of suckers were researched after 12 months observation.The results showed that the destruction of the apical growing point and treated seedling by saturated acetylene solution could produce more and high quality of suckers, on the base, the technology system for bud propagation was established, the high quality seedling produced by the technology could be used in the production.
