摘　　要：对曲周县中国农业大学科技小院所在村以及周边村庄农户,进行了技术培训对农民追肥行为的影响调研。结果表明:技术培训能够明显促进农民对玉米追肥技术的认知和采用。同时,调查结果也显示,部分农民即使认识到追肥有效,表达出追肥意愿,但最终还是会由于客观原因,导致追肥技术不能完全采用。故在进行科技培训时,可有针对性地开展一系列辅助措施,提高技术的到位率。The influence of technical training on farmers fertilizer behavior was investigated according to the farmers in the village of Quzhou County where is the China Agricultural University science and technology small courtyard and the surroundings.The results showed that technical training could significantly improve the cognition of farmers for corn fertilizer technology.At the same time, even some farmers realize the effect of fertilizer, and intend to fertilizer, while eventually, because of objective reasons, lead to the technology could not be completely used.So a series of supplementary measures could be carried out when training , in order to improve the adoption of the technology.
