Combining Ability and Heritability Analysis on Agronomic Characters of Rice Restorer Lines in Sichuan Province and South Asia

摘  要:本文对四川及南亚2个水稻类群的10个代表品种及45个双列杂交F1组合(按Griffing方法2设计)的主要农艺性状进行了配合力和遗传力分析。结果表明:①LH130,R2539和S6297,CH047,MH77是一般配合力表现较好的亲本,在多个性状上有突出的贡献,并且在性状分布上四川及南亚2个品种类群的一般配合力有明显的互补性;②双亲一般配合力(GCA)和特殊配合力(SCA)之间没有明显的对应关系,但2个品种类群的杂种优势明显;③在11个农艺性状中,广义遗传力(hB2)较高的有千粒重、粒长、播抽期、株高、每穗总粒数、每穗实粒数、有效穗数,狭义遗传力(hN2)较高的有粒长、株高、播抽期、每穗总粒数、有效穗数,而千粒重、结实率、单株产量、播抽期、每穗实粒数等性状的显性遗传作用较显著。In this paper,the combining ability and heritability analysis on main agronomic characters of 10 representative varieties from Sichuan and South Asian rice groups and their 45 diallel cross F1 combinations by Griffing method 2 design were studied.The results showed that(i) LH130,R2539 and S6297 CH047,MH77 had better general combining ability(GCA),which made outstanding contributions to multiple characters,and had noteworthy complementarity on agronomic characteristics distribution in Sichuan and South Asia rice variety groups; (ii) The C CA of the parental lines and the specific combining ability (SCA) of F1 combination had no significant correlation,but the heterosis of the two variety groups were obvious; (iii) Among the 11 agronomic traits that we analyzed,the broad heritability (hB2) of 1 000-grain weight (TGW),grain length (GL),days from sowing to heading (DSH),plant height (PH),spikelets per panicle (SP),filled spikelets per panicle (FSP),effective panicles per plant (EPP) were higher,whereas the narrow heritability (hN2) of GL,PH,DSH,SP,EPP were higher.In addition,the dominant genetic variance of TGW,seed setting rate (SSR),grain yield per plant (GYP),DSH,FSP was very significant.
