摘  要:小麦SCT-1是以黄淮麦区发掘的温敏不育系BNS为基础转育成适应四川生境的温敏两用不育系。采用分期播种方式对SCT-1的育性进行研究。结果表明,SCT-1在10月上旬至11月上旬播种,不育度均达99%以上,可进行杂交制种;12月中旬及以后播种能自交结实,结实率可达50%以上,能实现自身繁殖。结合不同播期条件的花粉镜检法,11月上旬以前播种,SCT-1的花粉表现为完全碘败;11月中旬至12月上旬播种,花粉表现为半不育,为育性的转换期;12月下旬以后播种,其花粉染色为正常可育类型。SCT-1与重庆温敏不育系C49S的比较结果表明,SCT-1在10月25日、11月2日和11月10日播种,不育度均达99.5%以上;而C49S在同期播种条件下,其不育度均低于70%。由此可见,SCT-1与C49S是2种不同类型的温敏不育系。SCT-1 developed from BNS which came from Huanghuai wheat production regions,was a new thermo-sensitive male sterile line.Its sterile characteristics were studied with the method of interval sowing date.The results showed that SCT-1 ' s sterile degree reached more than 99 % before the early November to sow,and SCT-1 could be used to produce hybrid seeds by accepting other pollen.The self-seed of SCT-1 could be done after the late December to sow,and SCT-1 could reproduce itself during this time.By microscopic examination,the pollens of SCT-1 showed typical abortion when sowing before November 10,but the pollens became fertility while sowing after the late December,while,during the time of the middle November to early December to sow,the pollens become half-sterility.Comparing SCT-1 with C49S,the sterility degree of SCT-1 was more than 99.5 % respectively when sowing in Octobers 25,November 2 and November 10,while the sterility degrees of C49S were completely lower than 70 % at the same sowing date.So,the thermo-sensitive male sterile line SCT-1 was different from C49S.
