摘  要:为了研究SSR标记遗传距离与甘蓝型油菜隐性核不育杂种产量杂种优势间的相关性,采用SSR标记估算出6个隐性核不育系和9个恢复系之间的遗传距离,并对15个亲本材料及其54个杂交组合的主要农艺性状进行中亲优势和超亲优势分析。结果表明:中亲优势以主花序有效角果数的平均值最大,其次是产量性状,第3是角粒数;超亲优势以产量性状的平均值最大,其次是主花序有效角果数,第3是角粒数,而单株有效角果数的超亲优势平均值最小;说明在高密度直播种植条件下,甘蓝型油菜隐性核不育杂种的产量杂种优势主要决定于主花序有效角果数和角粒数。亲本间SSR标记遗传距离与杂种产量的相关系数为0.33,与杂种产量性状的中亲优势相关系数为0.17,与杂种产量性状的超亲优势相关系数为0.08,均未达显著相关水平。The genetic distance between six RGMS lines and nine restorers was estimated by SSR marker to study the correlation between the genetic distance marked by SSR,and heterosis of hybrid yield of RGMS in Brassica napus L.and the mid-parent heterosis and heterobeltiosis of main agronomic characters of 15 parents and 54 hybridized combinations were ana]yzed.The results showed that the average value of effective pods of main inflorescence was the maximum,followed by yield and seeds per pod in mid-parent heterosis but the average value of yield was the maximum,followed by effective pods of main inflorescence,seeds per pod in heterobeltiosis and the average heterobeltiosis value of effective pods/plant was the minimum,which indicates that the yield hetemsis of RGMS hybrid mainly depends on effective pods of main inflorescence and seeds per pod under the direct seeding with high density.The correlation coefficient,mid-parent heterosis correlation coefficient and heterobeltiosis correlation coefficient between the genetic distance of parents and hybrid yield was only 0.33,0,17 and 0.08 respectively and the correlation coefficients all did not reach significant level.
