摘 要:本研究选用携带空心莲子草DNA片段的变异系H8和H10,水稻原受体6527(CK1)、巴西陆稻(CK2)为实验材料,采用二因素裂区试验设计,分析在全生育期干旱胁迫12 d和正常水栽条件下,极耐旱变异系H8和H10与水稻受体6527和旱稻巴西陆稻的叶绿素含量及渗透调节生理特性差异。结果表明:①12 d干旱胁迫下脯氨酸含量的均值均大于无干旱胁迫处理,达显著差异。叶绿素含量,叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量均显著下降。②H8的脯氨酸含量比巴西陆稻含量高14.16μg/g,具有显著差异。H8的叶绿素a,叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素及总叶绿素含量亦均显著高于巴西陆稻。③耐旱品种H8和巴西陆稻具有较高的脯氨酸增加幅度,同时具有较小的叶绿素降解幅度。研究结果对水稻耐旱品种的培育具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。In this paper,the introgression lines H8 and H10 canying DNA segments of Alternanthera philoxemides,recipient of the introgression lines 6527 (CK1) and IAPAR9 (CK2) were used as tested materials,randomized block experiments were designed,and the physiological characteristics of osmotic adjustment and the content of chlorophyll were studied with 3 upland rice varieties and one common rice control under drought stress.The results showed that (i) The proline content under drought suess in 12 days were significantly greater than that under no drought stress treatment(P <0.05).Total chlorophyll content,chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content dropped signficantly under drought stress.(ii) Content of proline in drought-tolerant H8 was 14.16 μg/g higher than that in IAPAR9 (CK2) (P < 0.05).The increasing amplitudes of total chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll were greater than that in IAPAR9 (CK2) (P <0.05).(iii) The proline content of H8 and IAPAR9 inceased greater at the same time,with smaller decreased amplitude on the chlorophyll content.These results would be useful for breeding of rice varieties with drought-tolerant characters.
