摘 要:本试验通过在黄河三角洲盐渍土壤种植花生,研究了盐胁迫条件下土壤不同处理花生叶片光合作用中物质的变化、细胞渗透调节物质的变化和非酶性及酶性防御系统物质的变化,并对黄绿木霉T1010制剂和常规处理土壤花生生长期功能叶片生理指标进行了测定。结果表明:与常规对照相比,黄绿木霉T1010制剂处理土壤后,花生叶片的细胞膜透性降低,叶片伤害程度降低,叶片内丙二醛含量降低,细胞渗透调节物质游离脯氨酸、甜菜碱分别提高,抗氧化物抗坏血酸、类胡萝卜素含量大幅度提高。光合色素叶绿素a、叶绿素b大幅度提高,光合初生产物葡萄糖也提高,进一步代谢物可溶性淀粉、氨基酸、可溶性蛋白质也提高。可见,黄绿木霉T1010制剂的施用调整了花生生理机能,提高了花生的耐盐性。In this trial,the peanut was planted in the salt-alkaline soil of the Yellow River delta area,the effects of salt stress on photosynthesis matter and osmotic adjustment substance and enzymetic or non enzymetic defense system substances of peanut leaves were studied,and the functional leaves were detected when peanut grew in soils with T1010 treatment.The result showed that the membrane perneability of peanut leaf was decrease than that of CK,malonaldedyde content in peanut leaf was decease,the free proline and Betaine content were all increased,and ascorbic acid and carotinoid content were increased.Because chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b of peanut leaf were increased,the primary products glucose of leaf was increased,which enhanced its metabolin such as soluble starch,amino acid and soluble protein.T1010 was applied in soil,which could adjust the physiological function of peanut and improve salt tolerance in peanut.
