摘  要:为了探讨乔纳金主枝适宜的拉枝角度,以2年生自根砧乔纳金为试材,研究不同拉枝角度对树体生理特性和果实品质的影响。结果表明:乔纳金拉枝角度120°时果实单果质量、可滴定酸和叶片中的钾素含量最高;而拉枝角度110°时果实硬度、果型指数、花青苷、总糖、叶片单叶鲜质量、叶片厚度、叶绿素含量、叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率等高于其他处理,部分处理间差异极显著,拉枝角度110°时枝条抽生中短枝和叶丛枝的数量高于其他处理。对叶片营养物质与果实品质作相关性分析发现,叶片中的N素含量与果实可滴定酸含量呈显著正相关性;P素含量与果实硬度、可溶性固形物和Vc含量呈显著正相关性;K素含量与果实单果质量和硬度呈极显著正相关性,相关系数分别为0.99和0.92。In order to investigate the proper angle of branch drawing of Jonagold apple tree,taken 2 years old rootstocks Hanfu as tested materials,the effects of different branch angle on the physiological characteristics and fruit quality in Jonagold apple were studied.The results showed that the fruit weight,titratable acid content and potassium content of branch angle 120° in leaves was the highest; the fruit firmness,fruit shape index,anthocyanin,total sugar content,leaf fresh weight,dry weight,leaf thickness,chlorophyll content,leaf net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and photosynthetic indexes of branch angle 110° were higher than that of other treatments,the number of short branches and leafage branch were higher than that of other treatments,and there were significant differences among treatments.The results of correlation analysis indicated that the fruit quality and leafN content was significantly positive correlation with fruit titratable acid content; P content had significantly positive correlation with fruit hardness,soluble solid and Vc content; the K content was extremely significant and positive correlation with fruit quality and hardness,and correlation coefficients were 0.99 and 0.92,respectively.
