家蚕春用品种菁松、皓月在云南省的异地复壮研究

摘　　要：为增强云南省主推家蚕品种菁松、皓月的健康性、提高其繁育能力等性状,以云南、四川、山东3个省保存的菁松、皓月生产系为材料,采用循环杂交,自交等育种方法进行异地复壮研究。结果表明,复壮系在品种健康性、茧层率、单蛾良卵粒数及克蚁制种量等方面都优于云南省保存的生产系,并达到5%水平的显著性差异。循环杂交的异地复壮法能起到较好的系统复壮效果,能较大幅度提高原种生产单位的经济效益,具有推广应用价值。In order to enhance healthiness and improve the breeding ability of main silkworm varieties Jingsong and Haoyue in Yunnan province,Jingsong and Haoyue strains saved in Yunnan,Sichuan and Shandong provinces were used as experimental materials to study rejuvenation by cycle hybridization and selfing breeding methods,etc.The results showed that rejuvenation strains were superior to original strains saved in Yunnan province in health,cocoon layer ratio,number of good eggs per moth and spawning per gram ants,and attained significant difference at 5 ％ level.Allopatry rejuvenation by cycle hybridization had popularization and application value because of making better effect on system rejuvenation and significantly increased the benefits for seed production units.
