摘　　要：金融业发展对经济社会发展产生内生驱动力,优化金融产权管理制度,建立完善的组织内生管理机制,对提升金融综合管理效率产生积极的作用。金融产权与金融组织之间存在高度内在关联性,因此需要对两者的关系进行全面的分析,建立有效的管理机制。金融组织是金融产权调整和组合的结果,在替代金融市场有效配置金融资源过程中发挥重要的作用,对社会经济发展产生重要的促进作用。The development of the financial industry has produced endogenous driving force for economic and social development. The optimization of the financial property management system and the establishment of a sound management mechanism within the organization have a positive effect on improving financial management efficiency. There is a high correlation between financial property rights and financial organization. Resulting from financial property right adjustment and combination, financial organizations play an important role in the effective allocation of financial resources and in the promotion of the social and economic development. Therefore, their relationship needs a comprehensive analysis, so as to establish an effective management mechanism.
