摘 要:为实现Low-E镀膜线高可靠性和安全性,以中建材离线Low-E镀膜线为研究对象,应用可靠性工程中的故障树(FTA)分析法,该文系统地对Low-E镀膜线的可靠性进行了定性分析,建立了Low-E镀膜线的故障树。该文应用最小割集常用的Fussell-vesely下行算法,求出故障树的所有最小割集,找出导致镀膜线系统故障的所有薄弱环节,并提出提高Low-E镀膜线可靠性的措施。In order to realize the high security and reliability of Low-E coating line,this paper takes the off-line Low-E coating line of CTIEC as research obj ect,and make the qualitative analysis of the reliability of Low-E coating line according to the fault tree analysis(FTA)method.The fault tree and the mathematical model of Low-E coating line were constructed.All of the minimal cut sets and fault modes of Low-E coating line system were found based on the method of Fussell-vesely down row method,and methods of raising Low-E coating line system reliability were also mentioned.
