摘　　要：某5A级写字楼塔楼25层,建筑总高度99.3m,对其结构设计的一些关键性问题做了简要论述。针对自身的特点采取了相应的基础设计和抗震构造措施,确保了该结构的延性,可供同类设计参考。The key issues in structural design of a 5A high - rise office buildings with main tower of total height of 99.3m and 25 stories is briefly discussed. The project takes advantage of relative foundation design and seismic construction measures, to ensure that the ductility of the structures can provide a reference to the similar design.
