摘 要:福建永定某一临河小区,拟建6幢高层建筑,采用大直径灌注桩基础,施工时钢套管通长护壁,因地质原因,个别桩位出现孔底流沙的情况。该项目采用护壁钢套管内直接插入取土内管的方法成功地处理了孔底流沙,节约了施工成本。本文通过此案例介绍全套管内直接插入取土内管的方法处理孔底流沙的原理和效果,为其它类似的工程项目提供有益借鉴。Six high - rise buildings will be built in a community which is overlooking a river in Yongding conty ,Fujlan province. Large diameter pile foundation is used, but the bottom of individual holes appeared quicksand when the long - wall casing was constructed because of the geological reasons. The project a- dopted the method successfully by directly inserting earth tubes into the steel easing to handle the quicksand in the bottom of the bores, which saved the con- struetion cost. In this paper,the principle and effect of treat method by directly inserting earth tubes into large diameter piles is introduced,and it will provide beneficial reference for other similar engineering projects.
