摘  要:目的:应用动态识别的脉诊信息采集与分析装置,比较浮脉、沉脉、芤脉的"位、数、形、势"属性。方法:选取10名健康受试者,由2名有经验的中医师行寸口部位双盲取脉,选用双方切脉结果一致为平脉者,进行建模。应用动态识别的脉诊信息采集与分析装置(课题组自行研制)获取寸口桡动脉脉动信息,并进行分析。结果:①与平脉相比较,脉位浮变时,寸口桡动脉明显扩张,其横截面的直径、面积、轴心位移均明显增大;②脉位沉变时:血管口径、面积、轴心位移减小,以上各项改变均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);③脉芤变后,寸口桡动脉扩张,其横截面的直径、面积、轴心位移均增大,脉率、流利度增加,强度下降,以上各项改变均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:新研发的装置可以获取可见的脉诊图像,成像速度快、方便、快捷,获得数据足以进行研究分析应用,可应用于发展新型脉诊设备。Objective: To compare the parameter of pulse-position, pulse-number, pulse-shape and pulse-force about floating pulse, deep pulse, veins hollow pulse by using pulse information acquisition and analysis device with dynamic recognition. Methods: Pulse information acquisition and analysis device with dynamic recognition (developed by our research group) was used to obtain and analyze radial pulse information. 10 healthy young volunteers were recruited. Two experienced Chinese medicine practitioners took the volunteers' pulses by the double-blind method and chose the results which were both normal pulse for building the pulse model. Results: (~)Compared with the normal pulse, the radial artery of floating pulse expanded obviously, the cross section diameter, area and axial displacement were significantly increased (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01); (~)The vascular diameter, area and the axial displacement decreased when it was deep pulse with statistical significance (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01); (~)The radial artery of hollow pulse was expanded. The cross sectional diameter, area, axial displacement, pulse rate and fluency were all increased significantly while the strength was decreased (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion: The newly developed device could obtain a rapid visual pulse information image. It is convenient, rapid and could obtain sufficient data for the analysis of pulse information. It can be used in the development of new diagnostic equipments.
