基于“皮部”理论推拿疗法对家兔免疫功能调节作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察在足太阳膀胱经皮部开展推拿疗法对免疫抑制家兔免疫功能的调节作用。方法:将18只家兔随机平均分为对照组、模型组和推拿组,每组6只,采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺的方法造模,观察各组动物胸腺指数、脾脏指数、血清神经生长因子(NGF)含量和局部皮肤组织相容性复合物Ⅱ(MHC-Ⅱ)、白介素-12(IL-12)含量。结果:模型组胸腺指数、脾脏指数和局部皮肤MHC-Ⅱ、IL-12含量均低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),血清NGF含量高于对照组(P<0.05);推拿组胸腺指数、脾脏指数和局部皮肤MHC-Ⅱ、IL-12含量均高于模型组(P<0.05,P<0.01),血清NGF含量低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺的方法能够制造免疫抑制动物模型;在足太阳膀胱经皮部开展推拿疗法能够有效调节免疫抑制家兔的局部和整体免疫功能。这可能是推拿疗法作用机制之一,也是中医传统"皮部"理论的生物学机制之一。Objective： To observe the immune regulation by tuina on the skin areas of bladder meridian of foot-taiyang on immunosuppressive rabbit. Methods： 18 rabbits were randomly divided into treatment group, control group and model group. The peritoneal injection of cyclophosphamide was used to prepare the immunosuppressive rabbit. The content of MHC- II and IL- 12 in local skin, NGF in serum, indexes of thymus and spleen were observed.Results： The indexes of thymus and spleen and the contents of MHC- II and IL-12 in local skin of model group are below than control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）, the content of NGF in serum is higher than control group （P〈0.05）. The indexes of thymus and spleen and the contents of MHC- II and IL-12 in local skin of treatment group are higher than model group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）, the content of NGF in serum is below than model group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It is successful to prepare the immunosuppressive rabbit by peritoneal injection of cyclophosphamide. Tuina on the skin areas can effectively adjust the immune function of immunosuppressed rabbit. This may be one of the therapy principles of tuina, and one of the biological mechanisms of the skin areas.
