摘　　要：文章分析了胡永盛教授运用"宣湿化浊,通心降火"法治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的理论基础,并附医案3篇加以说明。胡永盛教授认为复发性阿弗他溃疡的病机实质是"本虚标实,正邪分争,寒热错杂",其病位以心脾为核心,关乎肝肾,其基本病机为心脾两虚,湿热内蕴,浊毒上攻,虚火炎上。Abstract： From the clinical experience of Professor HU, the method of ＇Evaporating and leading turbid dampness, benefiting heart from calming the fire＇ is summed up, and it is very effective in clinical trial. This paper discusses the theoretical basis of the method in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer, and illuminates with three medical cases. Professor HU thinks that the pathogenesis essence of recurrent aphthous ulcer is ＇deficiency in origin and excess on the exterior, struggling between healthy qi and pathogenic factors, intermingling cold and heat＇, the disease is located in the heart and spleen, in relation to the liver and kidney, the basic pathogenesis is the deficiency of heart and spleen, dampness and heat inside, phlegm and toxin attacking upside, asthenia-fire tending to flare up.
