摘　　要：徐荣谦教授在总结古人按摩方法和刘弼臣教授按摩手法的基础上,结合儿童身体特点,经40多年临床,总结出一套适合于哮喘儿童的"平喘摩按法",着重于轻摩,其不仅作用于穴位,且刺激皮部的络脉之气,调整患儿的全身气血,减少哮喘的复发。并进行了多项相关课题验证,研究结果表明"平喘摩按法"在治疗儿童哮喘效果肯定,操作方便,简便易学,可以教会家长,使之成为哮喘儿童的保健师,从而建立一个新的"健康教育-药物治疗-家庭保健"联合的哮喘管理模式,这是哮喘儿童防治的新路,可以有效降低家庭、社会负担,并能促进父母与孩子之间的交流与沟通,符合现代生物医学的发展模式。文章拟结合徐荣谦经验及相关课题,参阅相关文献,介绍徐荣谦教授"平喘摩按法"在治疗儿童哮喘当中的临床经验。Professor XU Rong-qian summarized ancient TCM massage methods and professor LIU Bi-chen massage techniques, combined with the children physical characteristics, through 40 years of clinical practice, he accumulated a wealth of experiences and summed up a set of ＇asthma gently massage＇ which focused on gentle massage. It not only acted on the acupoints, but also stimulated the qi of cortex＇s collaterals, by which the sick children＇s systemic qi and blood could be adjusted, and the recurrence of asthma could be reduced. Several researches were conducted to verification, and those results showed that the effect of ＇asthma gently massage＇ was certainly, which was easy to operate and learn. Even parents could be taught, and then the parents could be the asthmatic children＇s therapist. Thereby, a new ＇health education-drug therapy-home care＇ combined asthma management could be established. It was a new approach in the treatment of childhood asthma, and could effectively reduce the family and society burden, and promote exchanges and communication between parents and children, which was in accordance with development model of modern biological medicine. Combined professor XU Rong-qian＇s clinical experience with related researches, refering to related literature, this paper introduced professor XU Rong-qian＇s clinical experience of ＇asthma gently massage＇ in the treatment of childhood asthma.
