从“扶其真元”谈火神派唐农教授治疗中风经验

摘　　要：火神派扶阳思想最基本的观点是"阳主阴从"。扶阳思想包括扶阳立论:"人身立命,在于以火立极;治病立法,在于以火消阴"和扶阳治则:"病在阳者,扶阳抑阴;病在阴者,用阳化阴"。在中风的认识上,火神派弟子唐农教授遵循"阴阳之要,阳密乃固"的主旨,认为中风是"阳衰在何处,风邪即中何处",在治疗上提出:"治之但扶其真元,内外两邪皆能绝灭,是不治邪而实以治邪,未治风而实以祛风"的治疗新主张,即是用"扶其真元"之法使人体整体达到"阴阳合"的状态。同时对火神派弟子唐农教授治疗中风的病案做一举隅。Vulcans strengthening yang thought the basic idea was ＇yang master yin subordinate＇. Strengthening yang thought included strengthening yang argues： ＂set very personal one, is to fire; and cure legislation, is to fire suppression yin＂ and strengthening yang therapeutic principle： ＂disease in yang, strengthening yang and yin suppression; disease in yin, using yang and changing yin＂. On the understanding of the stroke, vulcans disciple professor TANG Nong follows the purport of ＇the key to yin and yang, yang compact is solid＇, considers that the main idea of stroke is ＂where yang failures, where the wind evil is in＂, the new view of treatment based on ＂nourishing its really yuan yang, both inside and outside two evil extinction, in other words, not eliminating evil, but reinforcing excess to expel evil, and not dispelling wind, but enhancing excess to eliminating wind＂, which is using really yuan to make human body get status of yin and yang fusing. At the same time, one of medical cases of vulcans disciple professor TANG Nong treating stroke was illustrated.
