摘　　要：恶性胸腔积液是晚期肿瘤的常见并发症,严重影响患者生存期及生活质量,文献报道国内外治疗本病的方法不少,但临床疗效不理想,中医药治疗具有一定的特色及优势。文章从病因病机及辨证论治等方面入手,尤其通过辨证要点的阐述及典型病案的剖析,深入具体的介绍了花宝金教授辨治本病的经验及特色。Malignant pleural effusion （MPE） is the common complication in advanced cancer, which can impact patients＇ survival and quality of life. There are lots of reported treatments for MPE at home and abroad, without any good clinical effects. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） treatment has its own unique features and advantages for this disease. This article introduces professor HUA Bao-jin＇s experience and characters in syndrome differentiation and treatment for MPE in the aspects of etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment, especially the statement of dialectical points and analysis of typical cases.
