摘　　要：探讨止血法对脱发治疗的影响。运用象数思维方式对"发为血之余"理论进行拓展;对临床处方统计结果进行分析;查阅国内外相关文献,发现较多治疗脱发的补益药具有止血作用;国外学者研究发现富含血小板的血浆(PRP)注射到头皮中可有效治疗脱发。止血法对脱发的治疗有促进作用。Objective： To discuss the effect of hemostatic treatment on the treatment of hair loss. Methods： Xiang and Shu thinking patterns were used to develop the theory that hair is the sign of blood condition, to analyze the clinical statistics, and search the related literature in China and abroad. Results： Using Xiang and Shu thinking patterns can give an explanation to the development of the theory that hair is the sign of blood condition; Many reinforcing drugs has Hemostatic effect in treating hair loss; Many foreign researchers have found that it is effective in the treatment of hair loss if they inject PRP full of blood cells into patients＇ scalps. Conclusion： Hemostatic treatment has the acceleration effect on the treatment of hair loss.
