摘 要:近十余年来鼻腔黏膜免疫已经成为变应性鼻炎研究中的热点,而黏膜免疫系统理论与中医理论中的"卫气学说"具有较强的相关性。文章以卫气的"屏障""防御"以及"监督"作用为切入点,从黏膜免疫系统(MIS)的非特异性免疫、特异性免疫以及黏膜免疫与系统免疫的连接等多个层面对其相关性进行分析,并探讨其在变应性鼻炎发病机制中的作用机制,为变应性鼻炎的防治提供参考。In the past ten years, nasal mucosal immunity system (MIS) had become a hot spot in the study of allergic rhinitis and immunology. With the further research, the Chinese traditional medical scientist found that the theory of mucosal immune system and the theory of defensive 'qi'(Wei qi) in traditional Chinese medicine had closely correlation and through the study on its correlation to better explain the mechanism of allergic rhinitis. In this paper, from the perspective of the functions that 'barrier' 'defense' and 'supervision' of defensive 'qi' as the breakthrough points, to analyze its relevance with the functions of mucosal immune system (MIS) from three aspects: 1. the structure of the correlation between 'barrier' of defensive 'qi' and nonspecific immunity of MIS; 2. the function of the correlation between 'defense role' of defensive 'qi' specificity immunity of MIS; 3. the regulatory mechanism of the correlation between 'supervision' of defensive 'qi' and the whole and local connection in human immunity. And on this basis, the related pathogenesis of allergic rhihitis were explored and some further references for a better prevention and control of allergic rhinitis might be provided.
