住院白血病病人化疗前后生活质量比较

摘　　要：[目的]了解化疗对住院白血病病人生活质量的影响。[方法]采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)对86例住院白血病病人接受化疗前后的生活质量进行问卷调查。[结果]接受化疗后的白血病病人在生活质量总分、生理及心理维度平均得分显著高于化疗前,但生活质量总分及生理维度平均分仍显著低于常模(P<0.001)。[结论]住院白血病病人接受化疗后生活质量明显改善,但仍低于常模,仍应重视白血病病人的健康需求。Objective ：To know about the influence of chemotherapy on the quality of life of leukemia inpatients .Methods ：The world health organiza-tion quality of life scale short form （WHOQOL BREF） was used to in-vestigate quality of life of a total of 86 cases of leukemia inpatients before and after chemotherapy .Results ：Quality of life scores ,the average scores of physiological and psychological dimensions in leukemia patients after chemotherapy were significantly higher than that of before chemotherapy . However the total score of quality of life and average score of physical di-mensions of leukemia in patients still significantly lower than the norm （P＆lt;0 .001） .Conclusion ：The quality of life of leukemia inpatients was improved significantly after chemotherapy ,but it is still lower than the norm .Health demands of leukemia patients should be thought highly of .
