妇科再造胶囊联合米非司酮对子宫肌瘤治疗作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 观察妇科再造胶囊联合米非司酮对子宫肌瘤的临床疗效.方法 选取2011年3月至2013年3月贵阳中医学院第二附属医院子宫肌瘤患者160例,完全随机分为观察组和对照组,各80例.观察组给予妇科再造胶囊联合米非司酮治疗,对照组仅给予米非司酮,观察治疗效果及性激素[血清孕酮、黄体生成素、促卵泡激素及雌二醇]水平的变化.结果 观察组总有效率[93.8％（75/80）]高于对照组[75.0％ （60/80）],2组总有效率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.2组治疗后雌二醇、孕酮水平均明显低于本组治疗前,治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义[雌二醇水平：观察组治疗前后分别为（373±54）、（163±46） pmol/L,对照组治疗前后分别为（370±36）、（221±55） pmol/L;孕酮水平：观察组治疗前后分别为（33±4）、（9±3） μg/L,对照组治疗前后分别为（34±4）、（14±3）μg/L;均P＜0.05];治疗后,观察组雌二醇、孕酮水平明显低于对照组（均P＜0.05）.2组患者均无明显不良反应发生.结论 妇科再造胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤疗效确切,安全性好.Objective To investigate the effect of Fuke Zaizao capsule plus mifepristone on hysteromyoma.Methods A total of 160 cases with hysteromyoma collected from the outpatient department of gynecology during Mar.2011 to Mar.2013 were randomly divided into observation group （n =80） and control group （n =80）.The observation group were given Fuke Zaizao capsule plus mifepristone and the control group were treated with only mifepristone.The outcomes were investigated and compared between the tao groups.Results The total effective rote was 93.8% （75/80） in observation group,higher than 75.0% （60/80） in control group （P 〈0.05）.The levels of estradiol and progesterone were lower than those before treatment in both two groups[the observation group before and after treatment with estradiol levels respectively：（373 ± 54）pmol/L,（163 ± 46）pmol/L,the control group before and after treatment with estradiol levels respectivdy：（370 ±36） pmol/L,（221 ±55）pmol/L; the observation group before and after treatment with progesterone levels respectively：（33 ± 4） μg/L,（9 ± 3） μg/L;the control group before and after treatment with progesterone levels respectively：（34 ± 4） μg/L,（14 ± 3） μg/L;all P 〈 0.05] ; the two groups also had significant differences in the levels of estradiol and progesterone after treatment （P 〈 0.05）.There were no serious adverse reactions in either group.Conclusion The therapy of Fuke Zaizao capsule plus mifepristone in the treatment of hysteromyoma is safe and has a high effective rate.
