组织环境管理对助产士职业损伤与上报影响的调查研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解广东省助产士职业损伤的现状及组织环境管理对其发生与上报的影响。[方法]采用立意分层整群抽样方法,抽取广东省20家医院189名助产士进行现场调查,调查内容包括一般情况、组织环境管理、职业暴露、职业损伤4个项目,其中组织环境管理包括人力资源配置、安全工作环境与设施、组织文化、安全行为、组织关怀5个维度。应用SPSS13.0软件进行统计学分析。[结果]助产士失眠、医院场所暴力的发生率分别为56.6%、4 4.4%,上报率分别为7.09%和5.80%;其发生与上报不仅受婚姻和职称等个体因素的影响,而且还受职业暴露、人力资源配置与组织关怀等医院管理因素的影响。[结论]完善的组织环境管理、优化的人力资源配置和良好的组织关怀建设是提升助产士职业安全意识、保障助产士职业健康的重要因素。Objective. To know about the status quo of midwives occupation injury in Guangdong province and the influence of organizational and environ- mental management on occurrence and report of occupation injury. Methods.. A total of 189 midwives from 20 hospitals in Guangdong province were re- cruited by using multi - stage stratified cluster sampling method. The survey content included four projects of general conditions, the organizational and environmental management,occupational exposure and occupational injuries. Among them, the organizational and environmental management included Human resources, safe working environment and facilities, organizational cul- ture, safe operation, and organization caring five dimensions. SPSS13.0 soft- ware was used for statistical analysis. Results.The incidences of midwives in- somnia and hospital workplace violence were respectively 56.6% and 44.4%. Reported rates were respectively 7.09% and 5.80%. Both occurrence and re- port were not only affected by individual factors such as marriage and titles, but also by hospital management factors such as occupational exposure, allo- cation of human resources and organizational care. Conclusion. Improved or- ganizational and environmental management, optimized human resources con- figuration and a good organization care construction are important factors to improve the midwives awareness of occupational safety and to ensure the occupational health of midwives.
