癌症化疗病人睡眠质量与症状困扰、心理状态的相关性研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨癌症化疗病人住院期间睡眠现状及与化疗期间症状困扰和心理状态的相关性,为癌症化疗病人的临床护理提供参考和指导。[方法]应用一般人口学资料问卷、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、安德森症状评估表(MDASI-C)及综合医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)对北京市某2所三级甲等医院胸外科、肿瘤科、妇科的95例癌症化疗病人进行调查,并对睡眠质量与症状困扰、心理状态的相关性进行分析。[结果]癌症化疗病人住院期间睡眠质量好者3例(3.2%),一般16例(16.8%),差者76例(80.0%);癌症化疗病人住院期间睡眠质量指数与化疗症状困扰、心理状态呈正相关(P=0.000)。[结论]大多数癌症化疗病人住院期间睡眠质量差,睡眠质量与化疗症状困扰和焦虑抑郁程度呈正相关。临床工作中应考虑症状和心理状态对病人睡眠的影响,有针对性地对病人的睡眠进行健康教育。Obj ective：To probe into the sleep status of cancer patients un-dergoing chemotherapy during hospitalization and correlation between sleep status and symptom distress and psychological status,so as to pro-vide references and introduction for clinical nursing of cancer patients un-dergoing chemotherapy.Methods：General demographic data question-naire,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI）,M.D.Anderson Symptom Inventory Chinese （MDASI C）,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale （HADS）were used to assess sleep status,symptom distress and psychological status of 95 inpatients with cancer undergoing chemothera-py in two three grade class A hospitals in Beijing city.And to analyze the correlation between sleep quality and symptom distress,psychological state.Results：Three cases had better sleep quality （3.2%）,16 cases with general sleep quality（16.8%）,76（80.0%）with poor sleep quality（80.0%）. Sleep quality index was positively correlated with chemotherapy symp-tom distress and mental state in cancer patients with undergoing radio-therapy during hospitalization（P=0.000）.Conclusion：The sleep quality of most cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy is poor.And it is posi-tively cancer correlated with symptom distress and psychological status. The health education aiming at patients’sleep should be carried out.
