早产儿不同时间二次剪脐效果的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]分析172例早产儿不同时间二次剪脐的临床效果,探讨最佳的二次剪脐时间。[方法]对住院的早产儿按二次剪脐时间的不同分为3组:A组二次剪脐时间为出生后48h^71h,B组二次剪脐时间为出生后72h^96h,C组二次剪脐时间为>96h,观察不同时间二次剪脐发生脐部出血及脐部炎症的发生率。[结果]B组在剪脐时脐部出血以及剪脐后第2天、第3天发生脐部渗血明显低于A组(P<0.05),脐部炎症发生率明显低于C组(P<0.05)。[结论]早产儿脐部护理二次剪脐的最佳时间为出生后72h^96h。Obj ective：To analyze the clinical effect of second cutting umbilical cord at different time for 172 premature infants,so as to probe into the best time of second cutting umbilical cord.Methods：All premature infants in hos-pital were divided into 3 groups according to different times of second cutting umbilical cord：the time of second cutting the umbilical in group A was at 48 h^71 h after birth,at 72 h^96 h after birth in group B,＆gt;96 h after birth in group C,then to observe the incidence of omphalitis and umbilical bleeding in premature infants receiving second cutting umbilical cord at different times. Results：The incidences of umbilical bleeding when cutting the umbilical and umbilical bleeding on the second day and the third day after cutting the um-bilical in Group B were significantly lower than that in group A（P〈0.05）. The incidence of inflammation of the umbilical area was much lower than that of group C （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The best time of second cutting um-bilical cord for premature infants is 72 h to 96 h after birth.
