摘　　要：目的：建立利脑心胶囊中丹参素的含量测定方法.方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法,Inertsil C18 色谱柱（4.6mm×250 mm,5 μm）,流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸（10∶90）,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长280 nm,柱温30 ℃.结果：丹参素在10.58 ～ 105.80 μg·mL-1 范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r = 0.999 7）,平均回收率为99.51%,RSD为1.60%（n = 6）.结论：本方法简便、快速、准确,重现性好,可用于利脑心胶囊的质量控制.Objective： To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of tanshinol in Linaoxin capsule. Methods：The analysis was carried out on an Inertsil C18 column （4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm）, the mobile phase was consisted of methanol and1% glacial acetic acid （10∶90）, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm, and the columntemperature was 30 ℃. Results： The linear range of tanshinol was 10.58 – 105.80 μg·mL-1 （r = 0.999 7）. The average recovery was99.51% with RSD of 1.60% （n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid, accurate, repeatable, which is suitable for the qualitycontrol of Linaoxin capsule.
