摘　　要：目的观测子宫腺肌病中医药治疗前后的超声影像及血清癌原125(CA125)变化,评价中医中药治疗子宫腺肌病的疗效。方法符合子宫腺肌病诊断标准的患者80例,分别采用中医药治疗组(中药组,40例)和西药治疗组(对照组,40例)。治疗前和治疗过程中,每隔1-3个月重复进行超声检查及血清CA125测定,比较两组疗效。结果中药组的临床有效率优于对照组(92.50%vs.80.00%)(P<0.05)。中药组的超声图像上病灶的改善率大于对照组(95.00%vs.80.00%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,中药组降低CA125有效率大于对照组(87.50%vs.77.50%)(P<0.05)。结论中医中药治疗子宫腺肌病疗效显著。超声影像检查和血清CA125监测对子宫腺肌病诊断和疗效评估具有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of treating adenomyosis with traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） by observing the changes of ultrasound imaging and serum cancer antigen 125 （CA125） during treatment. Methods Eighty patients with adenomyosis were treated with TCM （group A,40 cases） and western medicine（group B, 40 cases）. The ultrasound imaging and serum CA125 determination were performed before and during treatment（every other 1 to 3 months）. The efficacy was compared between two groups. Results The clinical effectiveness rate was higher in group A than that in group B（92. 50% vs. 80. 00%） （P〈0. 05）. The improvement rate of lesions on ultrasound imaging was higher in group A than that in group B（95.00% vs. 80. 00%）（P〈0. 05）. The effectiveness rate in reducing serum CA125 was higher in group A than that in group B（87.50% vs. 77.50%）（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The efficacy of treating adenomyosis with TCM is effective. The ultrasonography and serum CA125 determination are valuable in the diagnosis of adenomyosis and efficacy evaluation of the treatment,
