摘 要:对翘曲变形产生的根本原因进行了分析。通过大量的精铸蜡粉烧结实验,研究了激光功率、扫描速度、预热温度和铺粉厚度对翘曲变形的影响,叙述了制件翘曲程度和工艺参数之间的关系。采用正交试验方法研究了精铸蜡粉选择性激光烧结成型工艺,得到了减小烧结前期翘曲变形的最佳工艺参数。结果表明,烧结前期最佳工艺参数为预热温度50℃、扫描速度1200 mm/s,激光功率18 W、铺粉层厚0.15 mm。The fundamental causes of warpage deformation were analyzed. The effects of laser power, scanning speed, preheating temperature and powder layer thickness on the warpage deformation were studied through the massive precision casting wax powder sintefing experiments. The relationship between warpage degrees with process parameters was described. The selective laser sintering process of precision casting wax powder was studied by using the method of orthogonal test. The optimum process parameters of reduced warpage deformation in sintering of earlier stage were obtained. The results show that the optimum process parameters in sintering of earlier stage are the preheating temperature of 50℃, the laser scanning speed of 1200mm/s, the laser power of 18W and the powder layer thickness of 0.15mm.
