摘　　要：在铸铁浇铸过程中,通过选择适当的配方制成铸型涂料来进行硼锆共渗,并运用金相检验、显微硬度检测、三P试剂等试验方法,研究了不同配方渗硼后的显微组织、显微硬度和渗层厚度。结果表明,选择合适的配方可以获得最佳的渗硼效果,提高铸件的使用寿命。In the process of casting cast iron, by selecting the appropriate formulation of coatings for boron zirconium infiltration, using the metallographic testing, hardness testing, test methods for three-p reagents, the effects of boronizing formulations on the microstructure, hardness and layer thickness were studied. The results show that choosing the right formula can get the best effect of boronized, and enhance the service life of the casting.
