摘  要:针对钢质同步器齿环在精密锻造成形过程中内飞边出现折叠和飞边过大现象,利用Deform-3D软件对齿环的成形过程进行了模拟,研究了折叠的形成过程和机理,得出了折叠的主要原因是坯料尺寸不合理使材料在内飞边成形时产生混流。然后使用有限元软件进行工艺优化并修改了坯料尺寸,把内飞边的成形方式转变为挤入成形,消除了折叠现象。最终获得了无折叠的齿环锻件。Aiming at the folding of inner flash in synchronizer ring precision forging and too big flash phenomenon, the forming process of the synchronizer ring was simulated by using Deform-3D software. The formation process and mechanism of the folding were studied. It was obtained that the main reason for the folding was unreasonable blank size so that material produced mixed flow in inner flash forming. Then the process was optimized by using FE software and the billet sizes were modified. The forming method of inner flash was translated into squeeze forming, which eliminated the folding. Finally, the synchronizer ring forgings without folding were obtained.
