摘  要:用两种方法对行星齿轮成形进行了模拟研究,采用带凸台的模具结构进行了闭塞式锻造工艺研究。分析了型腔填充规律、载荷曲线特点,分析了连皮位置、坯料尺寸对成形载荷的影响。结果表明:采用带凸台的模具以闭塞式锻造工艺生产的锻件可以节省材料和降低载荷;冲孔连皮位置和坯料直径对成形载荷有一定影响。The forming of planetary gear was simulated with two methods. Closed-die forging process was studied by using the die structure with convex table. The rule of cavity filling and characteristic of load curves were analyzed. The effects of slug position and blank sizes on the forming load were analyzed. The results show that the forging produced by closed-die forging process using the die with a boss can save material and reduce the load; the punching slug position and the diameter of blank have a certain influence on the forming load.
