摘 要:对所开发的高性能电力铁塔角钢Q460TE的焊接特性进行了研究,并分析了其焊后材料的力学性能、组织及其焊缝硬度分布等。结果表明:角钢焊接后拉伸断裂位置处于母材。试样的屈服强度平均值为480MPa,抗拉强度平均值为627MPa,伸长率平均值为24.8%,其塑性变形能力较好;角钢焊缝区组织为铁索体,熔合线附近的母材组织为铁素体+少量珠光体,晶粒度大于11.5级,熔合线附近的焊接材料组织主要为铁素体,热影响区组织为铁素体+少量珠光体,晶粒度在5.0~5.5级之间;热影响区的硬度值最高,可达243.59HV,焊缝区与基体处的硬度较低。The angle steel for tower structure was extensively applied in the transmission line. The welding characteristics of high-performance angle steel of Q460TE was studied. The mechanical properties, microstructure and hardness distribution were analyzed. The results show that the position of tensile fracture is at the base metal for the angle steel after welding, and the average yield strength is 480 MPa, the average tensile strength is 627 MPa, the average elongation is 24.8%, its plastic deformability is good. The microstructure in fusion zone is ferrite, the microstructure in fusion line closing to the base metal is ferrite-pearlite, and the grain size scale is greater than 11.5, the microstructure in fusion line closing to the welding materials is ferrite, the microstructure in heat affected zone is ferrite-pearlite, the grain size scale is 5.0-5.5. The hardness in heat affected zone is highest, which can attain 243.59 HV, the hardness in fusion zone and base metal is low.
