摘　　要：根据对大量焊接结构和压力容器残余应力现场检测结果,结合强度理论的破坏准则,提出了用一点的应力水平系数k及消应力系数η来评价焊接残余应力水平和消应力效果。分析表明,用应力水平系数k及消应力系数η能够评价焊接残余应力水平和消应力效果。Based on the testing results of welding residual stress on large numbers of welding structure pressure vessel and combining with the strength theory, a stress level coefficient k and elimination stress coefficient η was presented, which can evaluate the welding residual stress level and eliminate the stress effects.
