摘  要:实验研究了去应力退火次数对TA15钛合金电子束焊接接头力学性能的影响,分析了去应力退火次数与残余应力、抗拉强度及疲劳性能的关系。结果表明:随着退火次数的增加,残余应力在开始阶段急剧减少,进一步增加退火次数则逐渐变缓;疲劳寿命随退火次数的增加而逐渐增加,但幅度逐渐变小,与残余应力的变化规律相符;而退火次数对拉伸性能的影响可以忽略。The effect of stress reliving annealing times on the mechanical properties of electron beam welded joint of TA15 alloy was studied by experimental test. The relationship between stress reliving annealing times and residual stress, tensile strength, fatigue properties was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of annealing times, the residual stress decreases sharply on the initial stages and becomes gently with more annealing treatments. The fatigue life increases by little increment with the increase of annealing times, which is in consistent with the variation law of residual stress. The effect of annealing times on the tensile strength was ignored.
